Need help on buying development boards & also access reference schematic documents for Intel's atom processors

Hi I am writing from Ambujex Technologies, Bangalore, We are presently in the process of developing some products based on Intel atom processors Z8700/Z8500/Z8300. We have signed the NDA, but we need the development boards and the reference schematics to start our projects. Can somebody please tell us as to how we can get access to these documents and as there is no information about these in our portal. Also we would like to buy the development boards, please help us on that as well.

Thank you for the response.

I have filled up the embedded design assistance form and submitted it, it did not ask for NDA no. though. After filling the form it said that an intel representative would be contacting us in 2 days, It has been 5 days since I sent the form and still I have not got any response. Should I wait for longer?, In case no one responds how do I approach this. please let me know.

Did you manage to get reference design/development board for Z8700/Z8500 from Intel? We are looking at Z8700 for our next design and need access to hardware/software resources. Can anybody from Intel contact us?
