You need to ask sony what processors are supported by their bios. Then, you can select from those. And, that is only possible if your current processor is not soldered to the motherboard.
My personal opinion is that this is a waste of time and money for a device that is 11+ years old. You would be far better off investing in a new(er) laptop.
