Nimmt der Intel Core I7 7700K bei diesen Temperaturen schaden?

Der 7700K läuft auf 4.5 GHz. Er wird sehr heiß. In spielen geht die Temperatur bis auf 90Grad hoch. In GTA V z.B. ist die Temperatur im Durchschnitt so bei 85Grad und geht manchmal kurz für eine Sekunde auf 90 bis knapp über 90 hoch. Ist das Schädlich? Der PC ist noch nicht einmal abgestürzt. Es sollte ja so eine Art Sicherung geben. Heißt das solange der nicht einfach abstürzt kann ich ihn ohne Probleme benutzen?

I would like to start by letting you know that your temperatures are fine and are not harmful for your system.The TJUNCTION for your processor model is 100°C, this means that any temperature below this max is considered expected, one more thing I would like to share with you, is that gaming is a CPU intensive task this indicates that the processor can go up while playing a game and it is also considered normal.
