No Master Key

I purchased an HP Omen Obelisk with an i7-9700k processor built in. From my understanding, it is to include a master key to download RDR2. I did not receive this key and contacted BestBuy. They were unable to help so I called HP who was also unable to help. I’m extremely frustrated and want my free product. How do I go about receiving it?
