Noise in power save mode

Hi all!

I have a MacBook Pro MB990 notebook. It works perfectly but i have one problem. When i work in quiet room i hear a high pitch noise witch come from CPU. In my book installed Intel P8400. When i load it, the noise is disappear, but when you read smth and CPU is free the noise became noticeable. What i should to do to solve this problem?
