Hello Friends. I am facing one strange issue for a few days now. I own one HP 15-R033TX notebook with i3-4005U. But whenever I try to play any 4K video on VLC, it crashes instantly. Can anyone tell me what could be the issue behind it? Any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hhmmm, support for 4K was still in its infancy way back in the 4th generation (remember we're in 11th generation now). Do you have a 4K monitor hooked up? Is it really running at 4K?

Thanks for the reply, Scott. Yeah, my 4K monitor is connected with the Notebook. And, I didn't know that the Hardware Acceleration was causing this issue. After toggling off this, my issue got resolved. This is the article that helped me to figure out this problem.
