Only half the threads and cores are being used i9 13900k

I have a i9 13900k which should display 24 cores and 32 threads in software like task manager but it only shows 8 cores 16 threads. This issue persists with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant software which checked my system as well. Here are the outputs from the software's mentioned in the attached png files.

Sorry I meant half the threads are showing, and the incorrect amount of cores are being displayed in task manager and the intel support assistant scan.

Hello, @Risky

Thank you for your time.

It seems to be an issue with Windows*, try resetting BIOS to default and the steps in the following article:

Why Does my System Have Fewer or Missing Cores?

Also, try the Intel® Processor Identification Utility and attach a screenshot to check the information displayed.

I managed to fix it, it seems that you need to activate the E cores in the bios which I didnt do originally. After that all the cores are now showing up in task manager. If anyone else has this issue do some digging in your bios and enable the E cores.
