Opened RMA August 1st, still no resolution for my 14900k

How many of you have been waiting a very long time for any RMA to get resolved? My 14900k continues to crash multiple times a day, even with the newest microcode update, I opened an RMA back on August 1st, got a reply from customer service 3 days later asking what option I wished to take, told them I wanted a new cpu sent to me, and have not heard back from them since. Are they blatantly just ignoring us?  I even sent a follow-up message, in case they tried to tell me I didn't reply back (I seen someone show messages on a video with this happening).
