Al-Amin: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Processors communities. We will do our best to assist you with this matter.

In order to provide the most accurate response, please let us know the specific model of the processors. For example: Intel® i7-7700.

Any further questions, please let me know.

Al-Amin: Thank you very much for providing that information.

The standard temperature for the Intel® Core™ i3-7100U processor is any value below 100°C in reference to the T-junction temperature, look for "Package Specifications":

The standard temperature for the Intel® Core™ i5-7200U processor is any value below 100°C in reference to the T-junction temperature, look for "Package Specifications":

If you think there might be a temperature problem with your laptop, we recommend to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of it, they will provide further technical or warranty assistance for this unit, including the processor.

Any questions, please let me know.
