Overclock Intel Pentium Dual-Core T4200

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to overclock the Intel Pentium Dual Core T4200 2 Ghz processor to play minecraft.

My laptop's Bios doesn't have the option.

If it is possible to overclock, is there any way via cmd or program installed in Windows?
