Krzysztof95, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.

For this scenario, first, it is important to mention that we always recomned to use the computer at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings.

In order to rule out a possible hardware issue with the processor, please install and run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool, it does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15951/intel-processor-diagnostic-tool.html?wapkw=diagnostic

Cinebench and HWinfo are third-party tools, which means they might have misreadings on the results showing in regards to the processor functionality. If the processor passes the Intel® PDT test, it means it is working as expected and there are no hardware problems with the unit. For additional assistance on those tools, we recommend to get in contact directly with the developers of each tool.

Also, those tools might get details from the BIOS itself. Based on that, we recommended to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the board to verify that the BIOS is up to date or, if necessary, to gather the instructions on how to update it.

Any questions please let me know.

Regards,

Albert R.
