PC Power off I9 14900k CPU

Hi all, hoping someone can help me as im now at breaking point.

So i built a PC last year which cost me a small fortune. Unfortunately for me i chose the 14900K cpu which i wont go into the problems i had. Anyway, my current situation is this:

I use the PC, whether be in a game or using windows desktop and i will get a random power off. As in kernel-power Event ID 41 in event viewer. The pc auto restarts then comes back with no dedicated event viewer log other than 41 kernel-power. I may go 2 hours without issue then it will happen again why no rhyme or reason as to what caused it. There is no BSOD, and i havent updated any drivers prior to this beginning or installed any new software.

To clarify, im on my 3rd RMA-ed 14900k CPU and i have replaced all my other hardware to try and  identify the issue prior to RMA-ing, these include PSU, GPU, Cooler, Mobo, RAM. The only common factor is this **bleep** CPU. Ive also tried changing sockets in the wall that the PSU is plugged into. None of the changes fix the problem.

Weirdly everytime its RMA-ed and i get a new one, the pc is fine and stable for around 5 to 6 weeks, then these random power losses begin and get exponentially worse. They eventually culminate in a total inability to use the pc due to instability which makes me think that the 14900k is just degrading beyond use. So the current CPU was installed about 5 weeks ago and my first black screen power off was 2 days ago which was 1 instance. Yesterday i had 2 and now today im on 3 so far. I must also make mention that i have been monitoring temps, and none of them spike or go higher than i would anticipate seeing.

Ive updated the mobo to the latest BIOS that encapsulates the intel recommended settings for the CPU and as stated, the machine works flawlessly for around 4-5 weeks after the new CPU is fitted.

Any help anyone could give would be much appreciated because as it stands im ready to refund the CPU and break the pc into components and sell individually, ive never had a PC with so many problems and ive been building them for 24 years.

System:

OS: Win 11 Pro OS build: 22631.4460

CPU: Intel Core i9-14900k 3.2ghz 24 core

Cooler: Asus ROG Ryujin III ARGB Liquid

Mobo: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Xtreme

Ram: G Skill Trident Z5 64gb

HDD: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB NVME

GPU: Asus ROG Strix Gaming OC RTX 4090 24GB

PSU: Corsair RM1200x Shift

EDIT: I must also confirm that nothing at all has ever been OC-ed or changed, everything is stock settings out the box. The last time this happened before my latest RMA, around 6 months ago, i stripped the entire PC down and rebuilt it as if new. I also keep drivers etc updated and nothing makes any difference to the power losses.
