PRIXP420ABB/FWIXP420BB welding instruction or welding temperature curve

Please help provide the soldering instructions or soldering temperature curve for PRIXP420ABB/FWIXP420BB.

Our customers currently have short-circuit and tin problems during soldering, which has affected the production and processing. I did not find relevant information on Intel ARK, and the customer does not have an Intel CCE account, please help provide it, thank you
