Part number of chipset used in Williamsport board

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know the processor part number used in Williamsport Custom reference board

Schamtics and boardfile link:

As per user guide the chipset belongs to The Intel® Xeon® processor D-1500 product family. Can I please know the part number so that I can request for IBIS-AMI model for signal integrity.
