Pentium 4, 1.60 Ghz vs Celeron N3060, 1.60 Ghz

I am interested in installing the game whose developer lists among minumum system requirements

Intel Pentium 4, 1.60 Ghz. 

My laptop has Intel Celeron N3060, 1.60 Ghz CPU (and it satisfies other requirements). 

I would appreciate if you could tell me if this CPU is at least of equal power with the aforementioned Pentium 4.

My opinion: The N3060 (ca. 2016) should very easily outperform the Pentium 4 (ca. 2000).
