Performance per watt

Hi fellow CPU manufacturer.

I'm just curious, it's not about an issue with my Intel products, if I should ask somehwere else just tell me where to !

I was wondering if I could get some infos about the performance per watt at different frequencies / CPU-governor of some CPUs (at least my i5 10210U). I've seen some quite old benchmarks (https://www.phoronix.com/review/intel_pstate_linux315/3) and  my doubt increased about the worthiness of powersave p-state

For exemple given a certain amount of WattHour, with which governor/ frenquency will I accomplish more operations. I'm was trying to subtly set my battery setting on my laptop when this scientific question came in my mind.

Thanks in advance if you have the time to read / answer me.

Hello cyp, I just received an update on this matter.

In reference to your inquiry, please check the datasheet of the Intel® processor for the power management section on page 58 volume 1. It provides details about P-states and AHCI information. The data in there refers to the processor itself; however, it is important to mention that it is needed to have into consideration the whole system's requirements:
