You have a 1st gen processor from 2010.  It is discontinued and not supported on Windows 10.

Check with the manufacturer of the motherboard, which is likely NOT intel, for specs on their memory requirements.

Hello @Marcelsp

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Por favor, informe-se que eu só posso apoiá-lo na língua inglesa. Eu usei uma ferramenta de tradução web para traduzir esta resposta, portanto, pode haver algumas traduções imprecisas.

We hope that the assistance provided by the community has been helpful.

Also, we would like to inform you that due to the Intel® Core™ i3-550 Processor and Intel® Desktop Boards (in case your system indeed has a motherboard from Intel) have been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
