Por que não consigo fazer dual channel?

Olá, recentemente comprei um kit de memória para fazer dual channel da marca G.Skill, modelo Sniper F3-1600C9D-16GSD, (http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-1600c9d-16gsr Sniper - F3-1600C9D-16GSR - G.SKILL DDR3 Memory).

A placa mãe é a da gigabyte modelo GA-Z97X-SLI.

Como se pode ver no campo QVL a placa é compatível com a memória.

O processador é um i5-4590 que suporta a DDR3 1600 adquirida.

Pois bem. Não estou conseguindo colocar a memoria para rodar em dual channel, apenas em single.

Já fiz todos os testes possíveis, trocando de slots, stc.

O que pode estar ocorrendo?

Pode ser o processador que não está reconhecendo o dual channel?

Does it work when using SPD (1333 MHz 1.5v)?

Are you using XMP when running at 1600 MHz? What voltage is it using?

You may try setting the values manually too or consider updating the BIOS.

Joe, thanks for replying. I´ve already to solve. The pins of the motherboard were slightly crushed, why the processor did not recognize the dual channel, then i carefully arranged them with a pin, and now it´s ok.
