Possiedo un intel i7 8700k ed ho problemi di temperatura con picchi oltre i 90°C anche se non sotto stress, qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Buongiorno,

possiedo un intel i7 8700k e riscontro problemi di surriscaldamento eccessivo del processore. Dopo vari tentativi per risolvere il probelma (cambiare la pasta termica, sostituendola con una di marca differente, controllato il corretto posizionamento del dissipatore, controllato le tensioni) e dopo aver effettuato il test "Intel processors diagnostic tool" con temperature oltre quelle massime consentite trovandomi costretto ad interromperlo, mi trovo qui perchè non riesco a risolvere il problema. Ho notato anche che nonostante le altre temperature del processore (oltre i 90°C senza eccessivo carico di lavoro) il dissipatore originale Intel rimane freddo. Non avendone uno con cui provare a sostituirlo, prima di acquistarne uno nuovo volevo sapere se qualcuno aveva qualche consiglio da darmi a riguardo e se sono sulla strada giusta.

grazie mille per la risposta.

Il BIOS è nelle impostazioni di default, tranne per il turbo core che è stato disattivato per cercare di limitare le temperature.

Ho effettuato la scansione con il software che mi hai consigliato (SSU) e di seguito allego il file TXT richiesto.

Così come allego il file TXT del tool intel diagnostic.

Ho notato che vi è una sostanziale differenza di temperature se utilizzo una scheda video esterna, il file txt si riferisce alla prova con scheda video.

Il test con questa configurazione viene passato.

Il test, invece, senza scheda video esterna ero costretto a fermarlo prima della fine, per prevenire rotture, a causa delle temperature vicine ai limiti di soglia.

Vedendo che nella prima configurazione il test viene passato, mi viene da pensare che se io lasciassi completare il test anche nella seconda configurazione lo passerebbe anche così.

Lasciar terminare il test, con temperature di 100°C su 100°C (Junction Temperature) è rischioso?

il problema l'ho risolto, acquistando una scheda video esterna. In questo modo le temperature del processore sono diminuite notevolmente ed ho potuto sbloccare la funzione automatica di overclock CPU dal BIOS. Grazie mille per la disponibilità e il supporto!!
