Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7260U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Windows 11 n'accepte pas ce microprocesseur.

Correct, your processor is not supported by microsoft for windows 11.
however, you can still upgrade with a simple registry hack. Read this:
