That processor is almost 14-years-old. make sure you case fans are working and there is adequate ventilation.

You are seeing 93c while running only BIOS? Your processor is roasting. You have inadequate cooling.
What do you mean by "The processor is fanless from the beginning"? Unless you have a special chassis - which you obviously don't - a heatsink and cooling fan is an absolute requirement for this processor.
