Hi , I would like to know why it keeps showing the Processor name is Genuine Intel(R) 0000 instead the real one I have which is i3-12100. I already update all the latest driver, chipset and Bios on the Gigabytes motherboard which I use H610M K DDR4 (rev 1) but still on not updating anything. Please help me with this. Below I show you the picture. Even the Intel Processor Dianogstic Tool cannot read the BrandString

The base speed of 2.2 GHz shown by Windows Task Manager is not correct for the i3 12100 which has a base speed of 3.30 GHz. So there is something not quite right about this CPU which the issue with the Brand String confirms. You should return this to the seller requesting a full refund.
