I have a problem with my laptop. In the device manerger, a warning sign appears on Intel ® Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Component. When I try to update, Windows cant find device drivers for it. So I try with Intel Driver & Support Assistent and update succesfull. But still there is a warning sign on it. Can I get some help with this problem or how to contact Intels support?

Hi LenaH,
Thank you for posting in the community. The Intel® Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Component driver can be found through your laptop's Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). You can visit their online support page and download their application, which functions similarly to the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA). It's important to note that IDSA provides generic drivers directly from Intel, whereas your OEM offers customized drivers tailored specifically for your system. To get started, could you please provide the full model of your laptop?
Best regards,

Hi Dhanniel M
Thank you for your response.
What more information do you need about my laptop? I'm not very good at these technical things on a computer.
It´s a ASUS Vivbook Pro 16X. Bios Version K6604JV.302
Motherboard Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Model K6604JV Version 1.0
Operating System Edition Microsoft Windows 11 Home (64 bitar) Version (Build) 24H2 (10.0.26100)
Processor 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13980HX
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
If you could please help me find the driver that seems to be missing or broken, I would be very grateful.
Best Regard LenaH

Hi LenaH,
Thank you very much for sharing this information with me. I attempted to locate the driver on the Asus website but was unable to find it. I recommend contacting Asus Support for further assistance in locating the driver.
To clarify, Intel® Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) is system software that is configured by the system manufacturer (OEM) to dynamically optimize performance, battery life, and thermals. Computer manufacturers can customize how Intel® DTT functions within their driver software. If you're experiencing issues with Intel® DTT, it's best to contact Asus and use the driver software they provide.
For more information about DTT please check this link below:

Hi LenaH,
Since I haven't heard back from you, I will proceed to close this inquiry. Regarding the DTT, as it is a system software configured by the system manufacturer (OEM), it is best to contact them for assistance. However, if you wish to download it, I found the driver after a second search. Please follow this link to download it.
If you require further assistance, please feel free to submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
