Especificações do produto Intel® Core™ i5-7400 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz)

Hello Flavinho
Thank you for joining the community.
Have you tried to load the BIOS on your system to default settings?

Hello Leonardo
yes, I had tried with the default configuration of the board, ... and now I tried again .... but also I did not succeed ...
but the one that is drawing my attention, is the fact that the identification software does not point out how the technology is available. (like the image I had already sent) ... would that be normal?
