Problemas con el I9 9900k se estanca a 800 Mhz

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con mi procesador es un i9 9900k, el normalmente funciona a 4.7 Ghz pero ahora se estancó en 800 Mhz y no pasa de ahí, he revisado la refrigeración y funciona, el bios lo detecta a 4.7 Ghz. No se que puede ser, alguien que me pueda ayudar.

What is the model of the motherboard?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
