Probleme with Intel Extreme tuning utility 7.7.0.12

I'm trying to overclock my Intel Core i5-9600KF by using this program but there isn't the basic tuning. I'd like to get help.

When did you purchase the Intel® processor? (For Warranty Purposes)

What is the model of the motherboard?

Did you build the PC?

Were you able to use the Intel® XTU on this specific machine before, under the same configuration?

If so, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Could you please provide a picture/screenshot of the options that you see on the tool so we can verify what is the option missing?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
