This is your processor:
https://ark.intel.com/products/35583/Intel-Pentium-Processor-T3400-1M-Cache-2_16-GHz-667-MHz-FSB-Socket-P Intel® Pentium® Processor T3400 (1M Cache, 2.16 GHz, 667 MHz FSB) Socket P Product Specifications
It uses socket PPGA478.
Here is a list of processors that fit that socket:
https://ark.intel.com/Search/FeatureFilter?productType=processors&SocketsSupported=PPGA478 Intel® Product Specification Advanced Search
HOWEVER - DO NOT GET EXCITED!
For you to be able to upgrade, you MUST CONTACT the manufacturer of the laptop or motherboard and ask them "What processors are supported by THEIR BIOS?"
An upgrade processor must be SOCKET, BIOS, and CHIPSET compatible before any upgrade can occur.

They may have a document on their website or a web page specific to your laptop where it refers to "supported processors". If so, I would look at that. If not, I would keep calling or emailing them. This information must come from them.
Good luck.
