You will need to ask the notebook manufacturer what processors are supported by their bios. If you are lucky enough to get a response, it will be unlikely there is any upgrade.
In my opinion, this is a worthless effort for something as old as this. You will never be able to run W10 or W11, and there will be no support for you.
It is best for you to spend your money on a new(er) system that is supported.

Eu tenho uma BIOS 1.0 rev. 1.1, uso 6gb de ram e tenho o Windows 10 22h2 64bit instalado e funcionando bem, mas quero colocar um SSD sata III e aumentar a RAM para 8gb (dois slots DDR3 4GB.

If you want to upgrade memory and use a SSD, talk to the system/motherboard manufacturer.
