Your 2008 processor does not have graphics. You have some chipset graphics.

As far as updating, no you cannot do that. Also, there is no Intel driver for your chipset graphics for Windows 10. You have the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks features and performance.
I do not know what "1009955 " is. With your machine being 13 years old, it would be best for you to consider a complete upgrade to some machine with an 8th gen processor or later.
However, if you are a desktop, you may be able to find some older nvidia graphics card and install it. However, you will still be behind the rest of the world.
