I’ve been having problems with my Intel i9 processor for over a year. I exchanged it under warranty for a new one during the first year, but the issue has worsened. I went to a computer repair shop where they tried everything to fix it. They updated the BIOS with the motherboard, but my computer still randomly blue screens. Is there a way to switch to an Intel i7 processor with Intel to avoid this kind of issue?

Which i9 processor are you having trouble with?
What is the model number of your system/motherboard?
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[W10 is this generation's XP]

then, what specific error codes or messages appear on the blue screen? BSOD's can be caused by multiple causes, including hardware incompatibilities, driver issues, or even power supply problems... Try running diagnostic tools like Intel's Processor Diagnostic Tool to check for any underlying issues
