I've two processors Intel G4400 and Intel i5-6500 (both LGA1151), is there anyway I can identify which fan belong to which processor (assuming I've un-boxed both the processors).
From Fan part number is it possible to know if it's of G4400 or i5-6500? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I had checked that link but it's not very helpful.
Here's my situation...
Four days ago I sold (online) one Intel G4400 processor, sealed pack, properly packed (sufficient protection). On delivery of item, buyer informed me that fan blade is broken and he wish to return the item. I've been selling online for quite some time and this "damage in transit" looks highly improbable.
I checked buyer's Facebook profile and last week only he posted pic of recently purchased components of high end gaming machine (Like 8 GB graphics card (480), Gigabyte Z170 MB, Intel i5, Antec SMPS, Antec GX1200 Cabinet, Samsung curved monitor, Joystick etc).
I suspect that, while integrating (i5 gaming machine) buyer broke fan of his i5 processor and he's trying to return that broken fan.
Is there any way I can check if the returned fan is of G4400 or i5 processors? Thanks.

You'll likely need to contact Intel Customer Support directly; they are likely the only ones who can get you the part numbers from both of those packages. Here is contact information, by geography:
