I saw this page, I'm interested in what the letter R means, what specialization these processes have, what is the difference with 4215 except the clock frequency.

Here's the comparison: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/compare.html?productIds=193389,199349. Essentially, it appears to simply be a refresh processor providing higher clock speeds (and a correspondingly higher TDP).

I understand and compare. R is this update?
Intel always has an explanation of what this or that letter means.
L - support for a large amount of DDR memory,
N - for server networks,
S - for search engines,
W - for workstations ...
R- ???
Now I choose a cluster, more than 40 servers, and I would really like to know exactly what this or that stepping means. 4215R processors are very interesting for their price list.
