During a stress test, you should be seeing temperatures sitting in the mid-to-high 80's, with only the occasional (short duration) spike up into the 90's. Seeing what you are seeing is NOT normal. This can be the result of poorly applied TIM, poorly attached cooling solution or poorly configured fan and/or or pump duty cycle response settings.

I turned off turbo boost and there was a drop in temperatures, but this time it turns itself off at 80 degrees.
