Purchase, download, install a processor

I want to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11.  My PC meets all requirements for doing so except for requiring Intel Core i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00 GHz. Please advise on how to obtain this.

There is no "update" that will allow you to install W11 on your processor.   Your processor is simply not supported - by Microsoft.
