Dear Team,
For Q6UJ9B1440CFLH BGA-1440 inter-poser the assembly instructions is not available in CFL-H MAS document. Is there any separate set of assembly instructions recommended from Intel.
Kindly clarify us with the below required details to proceed further.
1) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - Land pattern drawing.
2) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - Intel recommended stencil design guide & Solder paste volume
3) Rework procedure to replace Q6UJ9B1440CFLH with CFL-H Processor (MM# 999CVR)
4) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - solder ball size
5) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - Intel recommended adhesive pattern & Cleaning guidelines
6) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - Bottom side image
7) Q6UJ9B1440CFLH - Mass
