Quad6600 2.40hz CPU, Nvidia SLI N680 Mobo - operating temp?

I've got a Quad6600 2.40hz CPU + Nvidia SLI N680 Mobo, with 8G memory. Any idea what the maximum operating temps can/should be for the processors and the memory?

Core 0 is running at about 100 -107deg F based on Core Temp 1.0.

I think the memory is running about 110F.

The maching was overheating due to temp. We cleaned out all the dust and installed a water cooler on the processort.

The machine still shuts down when it's under a lot of use (especially when doing graphic intensive apps)

Any thoughts on what I should do next?

Core 0 is up at 120F. Should that be happening with a water cooled cpu cooler?
