Question about Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 L2 Cache Resistors/Capacitors

Hello, I recently broke off a part of the backside of my Intel E7500 & was told it was a resistor (or capacitor?), and can be replaced back to full functionality if done correctly.

In the image below the broken resistor is circled in red:

I was directed to mousers.com as a resource for resistors of these size. If anyone could identify this piece, let me know!

Unfortunately those part can not be replace, I recommend to replace the whole processor and the fan heatsink, for more assistance you can contact your Intel(R) technical support center :
