Résistance thermique Intel Core i5 8400H

Bonjour 

Je dois réaliser une simulation thermique d'une carte utilisant le processeur Intel Core i5 8400H.

Je ne trouve pas les résistances thermique Rth jc ; Rth ja ; Rth jb et le Tj MAX dans les datasheet de ce processeur.

Pouvez-vous me donner ces valeurs afin de pouvoir simuler ce projet ?
