Hi!
I bought an Hp Omen 15ek0018ns and had many issues with the RAM modules. At first it crashed when I decided to put a DDR4 32Gb (2x16Gb) 2933Mhz Corsair Vengeance, and I had to repair it.
Now I've checked with many Hp experts and say that it accepts a maximum 16Gb at 3200Mhz.
I see that it runs at 2400Mhz independently from the RAM that I put.
How can I fix this without overclocking? Also, it seems that this processor cannot be overclocked...
Anyone can help? Much appreciated.

You need to work with HP regarding memory/compatibility on their device.
