Ran Diagnostic tool, unsure what to do next

I ran the processor Diagnostic tool multiple times, and each time gave me the same errors, I will post the results below. However, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do software or hardware wise, or if I just need to get a new CPU to replace this one

Also, it can't read DetectUtils64.dll, even though it's in the same folder as the program. I'm not sure why

A 7th gen processor should not be having these issues. You likely need to replace this processor. After verifying that your warranty is still active (here: Determine if Your Product Is Still Under Warranty), you need to directly contact Intel Customer Support to initiate the RMA process (you cannot do this through the forums).
