Requesting details about a NUC

Hi! I'm a research student in a university. I am working with an intel realsense d435i camera. Now, I want to connect my realsense camera with a NUC/ mini PC.
My final goal is to connect 6 cameras and fly the drone like "https://youtu.be/f0HoyJbYCPQ?si=GPaRrSM2nhNwnkwU".

Can you please recommend a NUC for me?
That NUC should have the following specifications.
1. Built in WiFi.
2. 2-3 USB ports
3. High processing power

Intel does not sell or provide NUCS.   And, with the wiping of their website, it is if they never did.

For NUC information, you now need to go to ASUS, who took over the NUC program.
