Resistance thermique du processeur Intel Atom X5 E3930

Bonjour 

Je dois réaliser une simulation thermique d'une carte utilisant le X5 E3930.

Je ne trouve pas les résistances thermique Rth jc ; Rth ja ; Rth jb et le Tj MAX dans les datasheet de ce processeur.

Pouvez-vous me donner ces valeurs afin de pouvoir simuler ce projet ?
