Hi Intel community,

I wonder if you can tell me if have an older system CPU Intel Core i7 3930K @ 3.20GHz
Sandy Bridge processor on a P9X79 PRO (LGA2011) motherboard.
I remote work in animation the company I'm working for runs their system with Rocky 9 linux
Would my system have problewms displaying playback speeds of animations for example, from the company I work for as I work remotely for them. I'm having trouble ascertaining if the playback speed I'm seeing is truely 24fps?

Is my system too old now or is ti their system  that is affecting these playback speeds. This is the first time I've had such a problem as this while remote wotking.

Hope you can clarify this

thank you in advance

William

Hi WillC,

Unfortunately, the interactive technical support for Intel® Core™ i7-3930K Processor is already at End of Interactive Support(EOIS) and has been discontinued. Due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request. Thank you for understanding.
