SM Bus Controller & PCI problem

Hello.

I built a new computer this week-end with a brand new I7 12700k.
I have in my device manager (win 11) problems with drivers for the PCI Bus Controller and PCI.
I have been trying to find a way to make it right but when I'm trying to use the Intel logiciel for the PCI Bus Controller I have a 0x00004e24 error...

What can I do?

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share more information with us for a better understanding:

• Did this start after you installed Windows 11?
• Can you share screenshots of the errors?
• Did you reinstall the OS?
• Are the two devices showing the same error?
• Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results 
  • Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 
  • Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Thank you for your answer David but like always, I did manage to fix it with after cleaning my drivers.
Just one PCI device that windows 11 doesn't recogniseto go. I'll make another Topic if I have a problem with this one.
