Hello abhisheksharma,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html

· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:

3. Provide the Report for Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool

4. Can you take a video where we can see the issue?

5. What is the brand and model name of your monitor/TV?

Hi,
1) Here are the files you said.
2) I have provided with the video but it was from the first motherboard. In that motherboard the flickering was for long times but now it is flickering on less intervals.
3) The monitor i am using is Samsung SMB2230, I am using a Hdmi to Dvi converter as motherboard does not have Dvi could that be causing the issue?

Thanks

Hello abhisheksharma,

In order to help you further, please try the following:

1. Try with a straight connection (DVI to DVI or HDMI to HDMI). Intel does not advise using adapters since they may not work as expected.

2. Try with the latest Asus driver:

3. Try with the latest Intel driver:

- Steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html

- Driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html

4. Try with a different monitor or TV where you can use a straight connection.

5. Does the issue appear while you are at the BIOS?

i've seen similar issues like that on old aging samsung monitors.

sometimes the samsung monitors are faulty, with bad capacitors on the power supply circuit board.

especially a very old monitor like this.

I see this was first sold in 2010.

you would have to test another pc connected to the monitor and see if the blinking stops.

usually dvi to hdmi adapters don't cause problems, as they are passive direct connections.

Hello abhisheksharma,

We have not heard back from you, so we will close this inquiry. If you need further assistance or if you have additional questions, please create a new thread and we will gladly assist you.

Also, try to get in contact with Asus to confirm if the adapter is compatible with the latest drivers and to check if the issue is hardware-related.
