Should I buy this BOX processor?

Yesterday I was shopping and I saw an Intel Core i3 6100 BOX processor. The batch number and partial serial number were matching with numbers on the CPU. However, on top of the box, "Innovate. Perform. Connect." is not printed. Should I buy it? Is it fake? Thanks.

If you suspect the processor of being counterfeit, do not purchase it. That processor is already five years old.
