Should I have 8 11th Gen Core i7-1165G7 processors on my laptop

On my relatively new Dell laptop I see that I have 8 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 @ 280GHz processors listed in my Device Manager under "Processors".  They all have the exact same Driver Version and Driver Date. Is this normal?  Should I have this many?  Could this be the reason why my fan is almost constantly running?  Thank you.

Your processor has 4 HyperThreaded cores, which means 8 execution units. As a result, yes, you should see 8 entries in Device Manager.

Really?  thanks.  Good thing I didnt delete any of them.  I dont recall seeing that on my earlier laptops.  Thanks for your help.
