Slight noise when I turn on the Turbo Boost

This sound happens in my Dell G15 laptop, with intel i7-10870H, when the Turbo Boost is on.

After turning off the Turbo Boost , the noise will be reduced to almost inaudible.

I have recorded this noise in the mp4 file below.

Contact dell for support on this issue.  It is not the processor making the noise.
