Software running slower in the background

When I put ansys fluent in the background, it becomes very slow or even stops, how should I set it to fix it. cpu is 12900. system is windows 11. Thank you.

In reference to this scenario, when it comes to 3rd party software/applications, we always recommend, prior to installation, to get in contact directly with the developers of the tool to verify the system requirements and to make sure your computer complies with them.


Additionally, regarding your question, in order to gather the information you are looking for on how you should set it to fix it, we also suggest to get in contact directly with their support department to confirm those details:

Once you do that, if you still need further technical assistance from our side, please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
