In regard to the voltage of the processor, there is a specific range for the unit, it goes from 0.55 to 1.52GHZ, as long as the processor is working within that range then it should be fine, please verify page 114:https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.html We always recommend to use the PC at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings.
